The Refuge Prayer precedes every Dharma Practice one does. By following the profound path of the Dharma one is able to benefit oneself and others, eventually leading to the supreme state of Buddhahood. An essential part of the Vajrayana path is the recitation of the Refuge Prayer.

Venerable Lama Tsang Tsing will present a detailed explanation of the importance and meaning of reciting the Refuge Prayer.
By reciting this prayer with proper faith and devotion, and truly relying on the Three Jewels, one can be liberated from the state of Samsara.

This teaching is relevant for anyone — both new and old practitioners, as well as anyone who is interested in Buddhism.
