The Bardo Thödröl (“Liberation Through Hearing in the Bardo,” and known in the West as The Tibetan Book of the Dead) teaches how to attain liberation in the period between death and the next rebirth. But the after-death state is not the only meaning of bardo. The tantras describe six bardos which include all of our experience: the bardo of this life, the bardo of dying, the luminous bardo of dharmata, the bardo of becoming (rebirth), the bardo of dream, and the bardo of meditation. Lama will describe how liberation may be attained in each bardo. A question-and-answer period will follow.

The cost is $20 general ($15 KDC members).
